If you follow us on social media, you have noticed our team of riders and YouTube reviewers is growing. That has kept our inbox flooded with questions like, “how can I join the team?"
Here are the basic requirements to join the First Mfg Co team.
We are looking for riders that have an active following on one of three social media platforms (Instagram, Face Book, TikTok) and must have a minimum of 3000 followers. If you have a ride and review channel on YouTube, we are looking for a subscriber list starting at 5k.
As a team member you are required to make one main page post every week (Insta / FB) or one weekly dedicated FMCo TikTok. Instagram Reels are a great way to show the products in motion as well. YouTubers must create one 5-minute video a month.
All team riders will provide FMCo with clips and images for brand marketing.
We will promote your social media or YouTube in our newsletters and email blasts as well as promote your personal brand to our followers.
We don’t expect you to do all of this for free. Team members will receive a referral code. Your code will earn a percentage of your sales. Sales can be tracked daily on a secure platform. Team members are required to post the custom code in their bio or link-tree. A custom link will be provided to members with a YouTube channel. The more you post content the better the chance someone will use your code.
